■Unique knitting method
Our T-shirt fabric is made using a "cozun," a small knitting machine, which is based on Japanese traditional knitting machines from the 1910’s. "Cozun" are used very rarely nowadays and there are very few in the world. The fabric is knitted cylindrically, therefore, there are no seams produced on the sides. This method is called "maru-dou (loopwheel)." We use a middle weighed "14" thread for durability.

The shirts have a "flat seam." This is another traditional Japanese sewing method that results in a smooth and flat surface on the fabric. Our t-shirts are made by Japanese sewing specialists using a special sewing machine with four needles that was used in the 1950 and 1960’s. This creates a beautiful and comfortable T-shirt.
