Payment can be made via PayPal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can pay on Paypal with your credit card. You don't need the registration on Paypal. All major credit cards can be processed through PayPal. All transactions are settled on a YEN ￥ basis.
International shipping
Place your order online as usual and enter the overseas shipping address. Once your order is received, we will calculate the applicable shipping charges for the order. An email will be sent to you outlining the charges including shipping and processing. The email will ask you to verify your billing and shipping address and give us approval to go ahead and ship the order. If you approve, your order will be processed and delivery should occur within approximately 14 days. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Duties and Taxes
Customs duties vary depending on your country. If you have to pay a custom duty, you will be required to pay the duty when you receive the parcel.
Taxes other than customs duty, for example, VAT (Value-Added Tax), can be possibly imposed when you receive the parcel. It depends on each country’s regulation, order contents, order amount, or each circumstance.
We don’t charge you any duties and taxes with your order payment. And we are unable to bear any responsibility for any taxation issue. For more details about what taxes may be required in your country, please contact the tax or customs authority in your country.
*Australian customers : We charge you GST as for shipping to Australia.
Return Policy
We do not accept any cancellation, returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (WITHIN 7 DAYS of its delivery to you) including the details and picture to proof the defective item. If the return is accepted, we will send the address to send back via email.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any documents required by customs in your country. If the customer refuses to pay imposed customs duty taxes, the package will be sent back to us. Under this circumstance, no refund will be issued to the customer.

Shipping Method
All merchandise will be shipped from Japan.
The merchandise except for Jewelry items will be shipped within 7days except for Saturday, Sunday and Japanese Holidays.
Jewelry items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.
If jewelry items and other items are purchased at the same time, all will be shipped together in one package within 2-3 weeks.
All merchandise wrapped very carefully and securely will be shipped through EMS. Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from 2 to 8 business days to arrive.
